The CDC warns about the upcoming winter season. The threat of the Flu, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), and Covid-19, has the CDC worried about a “Tripledmic” heading to the United States this winter. The use of handwashing, masks, and social distancing is our best weapon against this threat we might face. For more information contact your medical provider or the CDC.
Treatment and Prevention
The CDC recommends that everyone should get their flu shots as soon as possible. Make an appointment with your provider to get boosted before supplies run out. Make sure that you have received you Covid shot and boosters at your medical provider or local pharmacist. There is a shot for RSV vaccine is the works. It is still at the study stage of research.
